Ideally you will be based around the West of Ireland within easy reach to our offices, but we will also accommodate remote / hybrid working if you live a bit further afield.

What You will Do:

  • You will work daily on continuously improving our People, Technology, System and Process for your Product Delivery team within the Merchandising domain delivering delightful experiences for our Partners
  • Manage your team members career, expectations and their growth
  • Own the technical roadmap for your Team domain
  • Leading the team in successful Product Delivery
  • Creating a culture aligned with local and global values
  • Lead architectural evolution of your Teams domain systems
  • Working with our Systems engineering, Product Management, Algorithm, Data and Business partners
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the Overstock Ireland

Our technical stack evolves in line with Technology Strategy with common technologies being Microservices (Webservices, Messaging services) built on Java, Postgres and Oracle DB, Spring Framework, Pulsar, ReactJS, Private and Public Cloud (GCP), Docker, Jenkins, New Relic, Elastic Logs and more. Knowledge of some or all of these a plus but not required.
